We have a kid together and one on the way. His daughter is very attached to me and her brother. I will not do that to her. The judge said our home is more stable despite not being married (dont know why that matters-the marriage part- in court). Im not doing that to her given whats going on at moms w her step siblings and their dad.
The director got back to me and said to file w the cops. I will after the CYS guy calls my fiance back and we get more info... we got 4 more closure letters in the mail this am so..
File WHAT with the police? What CRIME is being alleged?
I am not sure the police are going to be able to do a whole lot with this. I know that out in my state, there would be a wall of legal silence in trying to obtain records from our CPS, I imagine your CYS has similar legal barriers. So, if you talk to them, find out what information they are willing to hand over to the police and how they can help prove that the allegations were knowing and intentionally false.
Thats what i was thinking. I dont know what they would do but thats what the director said. Ill try to see what the caseworker tells my fiance. I mean this caseworker seems like he and the other caseworker we had w the other ones talked and they see whats going on..
Some states have laws against making false allegations to cps. But, this is not something you can use. It is up to cps and the DA. I'm not sure if your state has any such laws.
Not sure either. Investigator is coming monday to see her here w him. Does anyone know what info he is allowed to have? They said all they can give him is open and closure letters. Not sure if that is true or not.
Found it funny mom took her to the local amusement park day before these allegations were made and a full 3 days after we had her.. said there were marks on her chin.. funny mom posted pics of the day she took her and there isnt any.
I mean does CPS share info w the cops we are not allowed to have because the caseworker told us as well to file w the cops.
