Assuming a trial was held, and the verdict taken under advisement, when the court reaches a verdict it will schedule a disposition hearing.
A trial was held, the judge did not make a decision at the end of the hearing, the judge informed all parties that they would receive letters in the mail with the final decision.
A defendant, when convicted, must appear in court for further proceedings. So... there has been no final hearing. We can keep going over this, but really, speak to your lawyer for clarification.
