At 18, you are a legal adult and are free to make your own mistakes as you choose.
You did not indicate in what state you live and that matters because the age of majority is set by state law. Most states have it at 18. If you are in one of those states then at 18 you are free to go where you want and be with whom you want without your parents being to stop you. Of course, your parents could kick you out of the house, cut you off financially, etc., if they don’t like what you do.
You can move out at 18 and no one can do a thing to stop you, unless you live in one of the states where the legal age of majority is 19 or 21. If you do, then your parents can stop you from moving out at 18.
Typically, even in those states it's legal for the minor to move out at 18. If we pin down a specific jurisdiction and it happens to be among the exceptions to the broader rule that 18 is the age of majority, we can peel back the layers.
But we can't give her an out and out "yes, you're good to go" without knowing where she is. She could be in China for all we know.
At 18 years old in Texas will I legally be able to move in with my older boyfreind
