Default The Health Insurance Exchange Has Messed Up My Information

Obamacare agencies have messed up my information (address & birthdate) and will not fix it & will not send me my 1095 form to file my taxes (I had to delay my taxes) I have been requesting this info since March, to find out they have messed up my info! they claim to have fixed the problems, but will not send info concerning anything they have told me over the phone. Everyone I have talked to has said, we will get that right out to you or its in the mail, I'm tired of the excuses. Please advise me on what I can do to get this mess fixed. Thank you

Are we actually talking about the exchange, or are we talking about a health insurance company that issued the policy you purchased through the exchange? If the former, what exchange are we talking about -- the federal exchange, or a state-level exchange, and for what state?

Who are "they"? If "they" are the exchange, when you log into the exchange is your information correct or not?

The exchange is a nightmare! They requested my federal tax return from 2016 in order to "keep" my insurance. I sent it in 3 different times via 3 different methods. Somehow they have "lost" it every single time and have started dis-enrolling me from insurance...what a joke.

The exchanges do not send 1095's, the actual insurers do. You do not need to submit 1095's. If you had insurance, just check the box on your return that says you had coverage. If the IRS decides that they didn't get a 1095 for you, there will be plenty of time to respond when they mail (and it comes by USPS mail, not some guy on the phone who is a scammer).
