My question involves criminal law for the state of: CA

I recently discovered that my ex is committing welfare fraud, working and not reporting it to the welfare office. How do I go about collecting evidence and reporting her? We are also about to go to court over cosudty of our two kids.
The fact that she is working does not automatically mean that she is committing welfare fraud. People can receive food stamps, Medicaid and other state benefits while working.

The fact that you are in a custody battle over your children and are trying to find ways to get their mother in trouble is rather foolish. If the judge finds out that you are trying to find ways to get mom in trouble it might go badly for you in court.
