Not in the slightest.
When USCIS talks about the need for you to have a good moral character, they're looking for a clean criminal history. The N-400 form doesn't even ask about debt, unemployment or bankruptcy and unless your financial woes are the result of something fraudulent and/or illegal it won't make a bit of difference.

Edited to add: if you are obligated to pay child support or alimony/spousal support, it's probably a good idea to pay those as you've been ordered.
