My question involves criminal records for the state of: Pennsylvania
I am 30 years old and was arrested at the age of 14 for underage drinking, public intoxication, and a couple of other things, which I cannot remember. Basically, I was very intoxicated and obnoxious.
I went to court, and received a fine of $300 and suspension of driving privileges for 3 months.
I was under the impression that this would be off of my permanent record when I turned 18. Is this true? I have to apply for a license in the health field where they do a background check.
Thanks for your time.
