    Default Can a Green Card Holder Sponsor an Adult Child for Permanent Residency

    Hi everyone ,

    Can a greencard holder apply permanent resident for his/her daughter? She is 20 but married in her home country.

    No. A green-card holder is able to sponsor his/her child only if the child is unmarried.
