My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Texas. I signed a incentive bonus agreement when I began employment. I have not received any of the bonus that I have now earned. I am still employed with them because the base pay is good but of course I want what is owed to me. When I ask about it I am told that they are restructuring the bonus chart. Can they change the agreement can if we initially signed a contract and how can I go about pursuing when I am still employed with them?
