Well, now it's time to pay the piper.
In FL, it takes between 5-7 months to process and complete an expunction if you're eligible. How do you know if you're eligible? Simple! Were the charges dismissed? Were you acquitted? Was there no bill? If the answer to theses questions was yes then you're eligible for expunction immediately. You'll still have to apply and it will still take 5-7 months.
If you're proceedings haven't been completed (yours haven't) you pled guilty or were found guilty and/or are serving out the terms of your sentence you cannot have your record cannot be expunged unless the record has been sealed for a minimum of 10 years. Wow! 10 years?! Well, know know what they say, don't do the crime if you can't do the time. FL satute 943.0585 (2)
So, OP, nothing to do, nowhere to go, especially since you haven't been to even the initial proceedings.
