My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Colorado

What is the reset time between 2 shifts? For example: If I work until 12:30 am Thursday morning can my employer schedule me to come back in at 7:30 am Thursday morning? Is there a certain amount of time between shifts that I am required to take?
Neither federal nor Colorado law sets any mandatory rest period between shifts or specifies a limit on how many hours a day or week you can work for all jobs. There are a very few jobs for which the law sets some mandatory limits on time worked, like pilots and truckers, but outside of that, the employer may schedule you as the employer sees fit.
