Exclamation How to Get Off of Juvenile Probation

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Washington more specifically Walla Walla County Washington.

So pretty much my story goes like this i was smoking weed got sent to a boarding school in Washington, got into a fight and got sent to juvie for 13 days when i got released i was placed on probation for 9 months, with 2 days due ( wich i beleive means i have 2 days of juvie time over my head wich my probation is based off of) well i ended up getting a probation violation since i didnt due school work at this boarding school, and served my 2 days.... does this legally mean i should be off probation or no, currently my case got transferd to CA since i moved back from washington.

i have graduated highschool early as a junior have a full time job and am moving out in 2 weaks, will any of this help me get off probation or no? my PO in washington is not a very goo PO and wont even explain anything to me and hes practically holding me on my probation because i was informed since i served my time i should be off, i just dont want to persue this as a legal matter unless i can get some insight because i can find nothing about this topic online thank you very much, if im not at work i will respond ASAP PLZ HELP

No that doesn't mean you get off probation. Is your 9 months up? Even if you had one day left if you violated your probation, you could get more time on probation.

If your probation officer reported your violation you could get more time. It's up to what he or she recommended.

Who informed you that because you did that 2 days you should be off probation? Was it a lawyer? If not, then they don't know what they're talking about likely.

I don't know what you think you can pursue. How about stay out of trouble while on probation?

Sounds like something another kid would say.

Probably. That's what we call barracks lawyer in the military.

Well..... ummm looks like you guys dont really seem to know that much either, as of may 30 2017 i am officially off probation, i brought this up to my lawyer and since there wasn't a retrial or anything done after i went to juvie and served all of my time we ended up getting my probation terminated and i got off early due to the fact if i got a probation violation i could NOT legally get in trouble for it since the 2 days i had due were the basis for my probation and i already served them, and theoretically on paper it could say i am on probation but unless i got charged with another crime, doing stuff like missing appointments with my po or failing drug tests wont get me in trouble if that makes sense, (what im trying to say is even if i didnt get my probation terminated, they wouldnt be able to legally get me in more trouble for probation violations wich defets the whole purpose)... so uhhh thanks? i guess
The people here, myself included, can only provide information based on what typically happens. Given that what you tend to write is gobbledygook and, in the case above you have no punctuation until the question mark at the end which illustrates my point perfectly, I suggest you cough up the cash and stick with speaking with your attorney. Clearly, given the boarding schools available in Walla Walla (beyond the state "school" just outside of town) You have access to the funding.

Like virtually all of the super special teens that come here, claiming to have graduated early (it's shocking, I tell you, how many of them seem to have legal issues), you cannot express yourself well and cannot spell. I, for one, cannot understand how whatever school you all are attending continues to exist.

You graduated early, but are only marginally literate? Some school.

With the scant facts provided, lots of things could happen -- you should speak to your lawyer. Your lawyer can evaluate the full facts and advise you as to what the court is likely to do.
