You were arrested, so odds are there is a picture of you taken by the police with your freshly dyed hair. Now you have the fantasy that you can commit perjury and somehow beat the charge.

If you wear that shirt to court, best case scenario is that you're told to turn it inside out. Worst case is that you'll be punished for contempt of court. The criminal court is not a venue for a defendant's exercise of free speech.
