    Default Possibility Of A More Serious Charge Being Filed

    I am a minor. On the release form it said the crime was possession of under 20 grams of marijuana. My question is, is that the same thing im going to court for, or could they add more charges between now and the tome I go to court?

    It's possible that the charge could be amended or that new charges could be added. Without knowing any of the facts, we can only guess.
