Default Will Unemployment Find Out if I Turned Down an Interview

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of Kentucky

To be clear, I have not turned down a job offer. The job listing that I applied to did not state the name of the company and it out right lied about the location of the job. Now, they have called and asked for an interview. I don't want to go because this is a huge company where I know I would not fit in and it is a very long drive from where I live. i don't have a good car and am not happy they lied about the location.
Will unemployment find out that I turned down an interview and is that something I could get in trouble for?
The only thing I can find in the UI handbook says that you cannot turn down a job offer.

No, this is not something you need to worry over. You're fine.

Thank you! I was panicking. I wish they made it more clear in the handbook.

The criteria is that you cannot refuse "suitable" employment.

Are you saying because I found out that this wasn't suitable for me after I was given more information, that I will not get in trouble?

You will not get in trouble because you have not received a job offer, because employers do not contact the UI office to tell them who did and did not come in for interviews, and because you are not required to apply for every possible job regardless. If you had attended the interview, been offered a job and refused it, that would be one thing, but not applying for a job because it's too far away isn't even on that same spectrum. There's no guarantee even if you did go to the interview that you'd be offered the job. The UI office will never know you turned down the interview unless you tell them, which you are not required to do.

    Relax.
