Default Loss Prevention Agent Driving Past My House Multiple Times

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Michigan
I am so sick of dealing with this Kohl's BS. I was caught shoplifting from there a few months ago and ever since then it has been a nightmare (read my previous threads). The past few days I have noticed the LP agent from Kohl's driving past my home multiple times in a day. It's bad enough they sent me a letter demanding I pay them after I shoplifted even though they still pressed charges, now they are intimidating me outside of the store. My question is, should I contact Kohl's head office about this or should I file a lawsuit?

You should sue President Trump. I mean, if you're intent on filing frivolous lawsuits, why not?
