Default Missouri, legally married, spouse abandoned me over 2 yrs ago, how can I get him

Still legally married, although husband departed over 2 years ago. Have not seen/heard from him since. He has not paid one cent into my home, but his name still on title/deed & loan. My parents are co-signers on the loan. Can I legally get long-gone husband off title/deed? If so, how?

You may be able to achieve what you want through divorce proceedings.
