Default Thirty or Sixty Day Notice Required for Tenancy at Will or Tenancy at Suffrance

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Georgia

Does a landlord or home-owning parent have to give a thirty or sixty-day notice to a tenant or his/her adult child at will or at sufferance, before the landlord or homeowner can file an eviction against the tenant or adult child? Is it required?
