Default Re: How to Find a Good Lawyer for an Alimony Case

Here are some general suggestions on how to find and hire a lawyer.

If this is spousal support within the context of a divorce, then you would want to focus on finding a good divorce / family lawyer.

If this is a post-divorce motion to modify support, unless there is a good reason not to do so, the best approach is often to start with the lawyer who handled the divorce case.
