Default Car Dealer is Adjusting Sales Figures to Reduce Sales Commissions

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: florida
    ''
Car dealer has an institutional policy of allowing finance office to move profits from "front" which is the salesman's contracted profits to the "back" which are profits shown by finance office. This act basically steals from the salesman and gives to the finance office. This is done by lowering the agreed cash price of the car and moving said equity to warranties or similar insurance products. This particular dealer has upwards of 100 stores.

Default Re: Car Dealer Stealing from Salesmen

As long as you are paid minimum wage or better, the employer can arrange his procedures any way he wants to.

Your option is to seek employment elsewhere if you don't like it.

There is nothing illegal going on.
