Well like i said the charges were dropped for an unknown reason, i was 22 at the time, and yes i knew she was 14. But i did not have to go to prison.
You are missing the point of being a sex offender, he would still have to register as a sex offender he was convicted for any type of sex offence, i thought in his case that based on the age of consent law its illegal to have sex with anybody based on that age, but i did not know there was a 3 year age difference so he didnt get a felony charge. You should go do more research on sex offenders in prison. Sex offender is a sex offender no matter how you look at it, they are considered scum in prison.

Why dont you go conmit a sex offence and see what happens in prison.
But with the way so many teacher and student relationships are comming out in the news, i would suprised that he would get hired as a teacher if they did a background check.
