Default How to Stop Bills for Probation After a Conviction is Reversed and Dismissed

My question involves criminal law for the state of: California
I had my criminal case dismissed, verdict set aside, judgement reversed, 4th Amendment deleted. So why is Revenue and Recovery all over me for $2,500.00 in Probation fees, when I haven't done 1 (one) single day of probation? And how do I get these mutts off my butt cheeks??

Default Re: Case Dismissed, Why Am I Paying Revenue and Recovery for Probation

My guess is that you provide R & R with a court document over the judge's signature reversing any fees that you were originally supposed to be charged.

Or, you can ask somebody at R & R what it will take to get them to stop the collection process.
