Default What to Do After Defaulting on a Bank Loan

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Missouri.... I have a loan which I cannot repay. Im on disability and have been so since 2001. There are options to repay at this time. It has now went to a collection agency. The amount is 22K. I spoke with the bank a year ago informing them of my situation. They gave me a monthly amount to pay which was very high. I told them it was impossible. Conversation ended. So, this where I stand.... Bad debt.. Thanks

    What is your question?

    What kink of loan?

When did you default? (month and year.)

    Were you sued?

    Was there a judgment?

What type of disability are you on?

Depending on your answers you might never have to worry about paying this debt.
