Default Caught Shoplifting for the Second Time

Im 20 years old & I live in indiana. I was caught the first time almost 2 years ago, they offered me a diversion program, did community service & took a class, then everything was dropped.
I got caught again today. Was not arrested, all they did was ban me from the store & gave me a date to appear in court.
These acured in two different counties.
Anyone know what kind of trouble I could be looking at? I'm 7 months pregnant & stressing out a lot about this. It was 65 dollars worth of baby stuff.

If you were given a court date, you were technically arrested. You were just released on your own recognizance rather than being taken to jail.

You are looking at anything from another slap on the wrist to jail time.

You can also expect a civil demand from the store.
