Stop repeating the same question over and over again. If the landlord gives a false reason and the judge chooses to deny the eviction based on that, the landlord can then begin a NEW eviction and give no reason. The judge could also just choose to say, "Well, they don't really need a reason at all anyway" and grant the eviction anyway. The tenant child will still be out on their mooching ass, just a little bit longer. Good luck getting a new place to rent with a nice, fresh eviction on their record.
I find it difficult to believe, as many apartments, rooms, etc.. for rent in the ATL metro area, that you have not been able to find this person alternate housing. What about your place?
