Default What Happens if You Violate Unsupervised Probation by Committing Additional Offenses

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Washington on. If a prohbation that is misdemeanor possession charge transferred in from out of state and unsupervised is violated with two criminal misdemeanors what is a realistic expectation to happen? I have heard they can arrest and jail for original sentence time, house arrest and probation revocation are all possible but what is typical and most likely expectation? M

Default Re: What Happens if You Violate Unsupervised Probation by Committing Additional Offen

When you commit a new crime while on probation, whether or not it is formal or informal, you can be resentenced on the original charge, and the sentence may be up to the maximum amount of remaining jail time on the original charge. You can also be given a lesser punishment, such as being placed on supervised probation, or spending a short time in jail before being placed on supervised probation.

Committing two additional crimes while on probation sends a message to the court that you need a much stronger wake-up call than you received through your previous sentence.
