My question involves criminal law for the state of: VT

My child is in Kindergarten. I walk her to class occasionally, as do many other parents. It is something we are allowed to do.

One of the teachers at her school (not her teacher) does not "like me" due to the fact I am currently dating one of her ex's. She has recently (mid school year) went to the school board and said my presence makes her uncomfortable and she feels unsafe when I am at the school. I have never spoken to her or threatened her in any way in or out of the school.

I was informed yesterday that I am no longer allowed to walk my daughter to class or be in the school due to the fact that she doesn't feel comfortable when I'm there. Do I have grounds for a discrimination suit? Or any suit? I am consulting with a lawyer next week, but don't feel that it is fair that other parents are allowed and I am not for the simple reason that someone doesn't like me.....I have had problems with the school since the beginning of the year due to this teacher.
