    Default Reporting Trafficker Housemate

My question involves criminal law for the state of: California and new Jersey

My housemates currently mailing weekly ounces of weed from Cali to new Jersey, via the USPS, i was wondering how could I report him and get him caught in the act ? The police or the USPS?

I'd report it to the USPS.

When you say "weekly ounces", do you mean 1 ounce on a weekly basis or multiple ounces every week. If it's just a single ounce going to the same location, they may not get hot and bothered about it. May just send a letter saying, "Hey, we intercepted a package you sent that contained suspected controlled substances. Here are the penalties for doing this if caught." to try to scare the person into stopping.

Default How to Report Someone Using the USPS to Traffic Drugs

My question involves police conduct in the State of: Ca and New Jersey

My housemate is mailing drugs from California to new Jersey, he is using the USPS whilst using weekly visits there to mail back and ounces of weed, who exactly would I report this to? The police or the USPS and how exactly would I do it whilst remaining anonymous? I can give his address, his photo and the times he uses the USPS (possibly)

As you were told elsewhere, it's the US Postal Inspection Service:
