My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Pennsylvania
Read the other posts recently put up. They thoroughly explain the policy of the unemployment system, which is to go under the assumption that either or both of the parties may be lying, and to go with the party in the case who is "most believable." That said, they do swear you in at hearings, for what it's worth, but no you cannot sue your employer for telling lies to the closed unemployment system.
