Yeah that's is what I meant to say, but so far I am going to keep my mouth shut and only talk to my lawyer if something happens. I didn't Sign over my checks but hopefully my check will hit the bank Wednesday. I surely hope that they don't try to take what I have, anyways I really appreciate you all comments and assistance. Call their bluff. They can't charge you anyway. The DA/county attorney would be the one to press charges. They can file a report.

Only talk to your lawyer. No one else. I don't see how they can keep your paycheck since that would have covered the last week or two of your work right? Do you still work there? I'd quit if it was me.
