    Default old arrest mistermeaner texas

    Hi, I am in Texas
    I applied for a job
    I have a 5-year-old arrest, mistermeaner
No indictment, no charge, I bonded out of jail and that was the end of that, I thought
    That came up
I am going to try to get it expunged
I picked up a packet from the local courthouse from the law library
    Fill in the blank type
What I am needing is a lit of agencies
To put on my paper work so my rerecord will be expunged
I am not sure whom to list
    Any information would be helpful
Is there an average cost to have a lawyer do this?
    Thanks
    Ken

I have not seen the form, so I'm not sure what it is asking that you provide.

You can call around, to get prices from area attorneys for assisting you with the expungement process.

Default How big is the web of criminal justice records

    The form is ok
I just need to list the law enforcement agencies and addresses
I want the court to send the request for expungement of my arrest
So when a person is arrested who gets a record of that arrest?
How big is the web of criminal justice records?

    Default Law Enforcement Agencies

As I haven't seen the form, if you want a firm answer I suggest you consult a local lawyer.

The form is probably asking about police agencies involved in the arrest and prosecution.

I generally charge about $750 to do them in the Dallas area, but that can vary either way. Other attorneys generally charge more - many over $1000. If you are looking for some help, shoot me an email and we can talk about it.
