My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of California.
I took a lawn mower for repair at a local service center. They have had it for over 8 months. They keep telling me they are waiting on parts from China. I think it is a stall tactic because I complained to Home Depot. I had bought an extended warranty from them and this was the repair shop they sent me to. The service is not under warranty, and I agreed to pay the repair cost. Since it is taking so long I don't want to pay the full price, and I want my mower back already.
What options do I have?
