    Default Multiple Public Intoxications

    My dad has had 3-4 public intoxications and when we went to court they told us to hire a lawyer, because more than likely he will have to spend time in jail. What type of lawyer do I need to hire..also what options are there available? We are struggling financially and need some help. We live in Oklahoma. Thanks
