My question involves criminal law for the state of: MI

I'm in a lot of trouble for a bizarre situation that I was recently arrested for. I was in a bar and a woman started choking uncontrollably on her food, all bystanders were standing around doing nothing and I thought she was going to suffocate, so I ran over and began administering the hemleich manuever to her. She eventually stopped choking and pushed me away and I immediately obliged. She didn't initially resist me though, and no one else intervened thinking what I was doing was wrong, but she ended up calling the police and I got charged with assault and battery, unlawful restraint, and CSC 4 (alleged dry humping) based on her complaint that my intervention was all non-consensual and unwilling contact... after the fact.

These are incredibly serious charges, I'm very scared about the outcome, it doesn't seem fair at all when I was just trying to help. Does anyone here think I have any sort of defense here based on necessity of the situation and potential exculpatory statements from bystanders?
