    If she's still on the lease, she has every legal right to be in the house if she was never formally evicted.

    Florida has a law if you have not resided in a residence for 30 days or more you no longer have rights. Does that not apply

    Can you provide a link to that law? One cannot comment based on someone's paraphrasing. The whole statute has to be reviewed.

    I seriously doubt that there is any such law in Florida.
