Default What to Do if You're Illegally Evicted by a Roommate

I've got a question. I'm being illegally evicted and have been locked out of my apartment. My roommate knows I still legally live there but refuses to let me enter even to get my stuff and my pets. I've been locked out for over a week and have been forced to wear the same clothes since then and last I heard he got rid of my cat without telling me. Is any of what he has done legal? I live in Hillsboro, Ohio 45133. Thank you.

    We also have separate leases

If you're on the lease, talk to your landlord about regaining access.

If you're the subtenant of your roommate, you can sue your roommate for wrongful eviction.
