Hi,
I am currently on YTA (Youthful Trainee Act) in Michigan. Basically, that means that I don't have a record unless I voilate the probation I am on. Therefore, when you look me up on any legal computer, I don't have a record. However, I am still on probation. I have been basically handed a ticket to Paris and then from there to Italy. My issue is, the ticket is for Sunday the 18th and today is well, the 14th. I know that I would not be able to get a travel permit, especially internationally. What my question pertains to are those computers the POs use. Would that computer show that I traveled internationally? How would my PO go about obtaining my travel records? Would this have to be something that he would have reason to suspect and then get them, or is it information that is handed to him? I wouldn't be missing any meetings with him and I am in good standing, all fines paid off and just playing the waiting game. He doesn't do house checks or call-ins. Basically, will he automatically know if I leave?
