Life Tenant Stepmom and Neglect of Premises

My daddy's trust left our Stepmom life tenancy of their home. Should she die or re-marry, the home becomes property of his children.

The trust states she is responsible for all taxes, up-keep and expenses. It also states rental from another property should HELP payment of taxes.

Rental property is all going to payment of above, but is not enough to pay all taxes, etc.

Stepmom "says" she does not have money to pay.

Is there legal action to "make" her pay, and/or can we remove her from property.

The trustee may be able to bring an action to compel contribution.
