    Default Marketing Materials Missing

My question involves independent contractors in the state of: California

I worked for an online company, my job was to sell for them, I sold for them. They sell marketing materials. They never sent me the materials I sold for them. It belongs to the business I sold the marketing materials to. I asked them for the materials but never got back to me. I had to ask them for a demand letter to get paid for the sale. They're supposed to send me the marketing materials. I work from home in Bakersfield, they are in Seattle. I only get in touch with them via telephone. What can I do to get the marketing materials sent out to me?

You'll have to endeavor to reach them. Unless you have some contractual arrangement, you can't force them to do anything. This isn't a legal question.
