    Default Seperation and Business

My spouse and I have a business together, and we have been living apart since Jan.
I want to file a legal seperation- can I do this with us having a business together?
The main thing I am concerned about it that I recently injured myself and cannot work right now,and I am concerned about liabilties-
There is no cash$$$ involved, but we do have assets.

You can separate and enter into a separation agreement even if you jointly own a business.
