What does "The individual I represent" mean? You're clearly not a lawyer.
Either she was successfully discharged from probation, or she was not. It sounds like she was not, so there would be nothing unwarranted about a probation violation. The fact that it was not picked up by various out-of-state agencies, or that they detected a warrant and did not take adverse action, does not change that fact.
You need to take care of your criminal charges and associated probation violations in the jurisdiction where you were prosecuted. If she wants, she can hire a lawyer in the jurisdiction where the probation violation remains pending, to see what sort of resolution her lawyer can negotiate.
