    Default Can a Landlord Perform Renovations While a Rental Property is Occupied

    If a landlord is planning to sell a rental home and wants to renovate it before it goes on the market, how much is the landlord allowed to interrupt his tenants' lives with contractor bids and renovations, under Colorado law?
