Default How to Resolve a Dispute Over the Move-Out Date at the End of a Lease

A tenant in Florida has a lease that ends next month. He told the landlord that he will not be renewing the lease, but would like to stay until April 15. The landlord denied the extra two weeks, and then said that he wants the tenant to move out at the end of the current month, that is, to vacate a month early. When does the tenant have to move out?
