Default How to Protect Your Assets from Claims Against Your Spouse After Separation

A Texas woman is separated from her spouse, and they have been separated for more than a year. He drives a car that is in both of their names. He has had three DUI charges in the past, and one is very recent, and the woman is concerned that she might be held liable for injuries that he causes. Also, she is about to inherit a significant amount of money. How can she protect herself from having claims made against her if her husband injures somebody?
