    That's a broad question that can be best answered by reviewing every sexual assault offense that is contained in the Penal Code.

    In general terms, you could be looking at age of consent violations (statutory rape), cases in which the alleged victim is too impaired to give meaningful consent (e.g., due to intoxication, illness or developmental disability), cases in which the alleged victim is not conscious, cases in which consent is nominally given but is obtained through coercion, fear or fraud, and pretty much any case in which sexual activity starts or continues after the alleged victim denies consent or expresses (through word or action) that it should stop.
