    Default How to Stop a Former Tenant from Returning to an Apartment Community as a Guest

    A tenant in California was served with a thirty day notice due to her disruptive behavior. She moved out within the thirty days. A couple of months later, she is back in the community and is living in another tenant's unit as a 'guest'. The landlord does not want her to return to the community. How can they make her leave?
