My question involves criminal law for the state of: Virginia to Washington

My boyfriend is a registered sex offender, convicted in Virginia and wants to move to washington and we are trying to find out what his charge translate to in Washington. He is no longer on probation and is just checked on yearly. Washington has three levels and can not figure out what his conviction falls into. The conviction is aggravated sexual battery.
Ooooohkay I just responded to your other post.

Even if you and Dad are "fine" with your new boyfriend's conviction, the state can step in and ultimately give you a choice - your child, or your new love.
