Can you ask for more, or get more, in a Georgia divorce based upon your partner's infidelity?

Default Re: Can You Get More in a Divorce Based on Infidelity

Georgia is a no fault state, and thus the division of the marital estate is primarily financial. Infidelity may affect the financial division; for example, sometimes it will be found that the unfaithful spouse has diverted marital assets to support the extramarital relationship. This is an issue best discussed in detail with your divorce lawyer.
