    Default How to Stop Your Lawyer from Withdrawing From Your Bankrupty Case

    An attorney filed a Notice of Non-Evidentiary Hearing, asking to withdraw as the attorney in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy case due to nonpayment of fees. How can the debtors stop the attorney from withdrawing, given that they don't have the money to pay his full bill?
