Bad idea. 1 - You have to provide copies to the other party, to your lawyer, and for the judge when it comes to trial if you are using that original material as evidence. 2 - Never turn loose of your original. It's a good way to lose it.

We'd hoped our lawyer would do a motion for summary judgment before trial and this came about, but that isn't happening.
